Is the AI Citation Monitor part of Pro credits?
No. Credits pay for page fixes, are bought once and never expire. The Citation Monitor is a separate monthly subscription ($19 for 10 questions, $49 for 30, $129 for 100, cancel anytime) because we ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini for you every week.
How do credits work?
One credit covers one AI action on one page. Fully optimizing a page (diagnosis, FAQ, answer-first opening, title & meta) takes 4 credits, so 100 credits fully optimize about 25 pages. Re-running an action on unchanged content is free, and failed runs are refunded.
Do credits expire? Is there a subscription?
No and no. You buy a credit pack once and the credits stay in your account until you use them. Every new account starts with 20 free credits.
Can I use one account on several sites?
Yes. Create a licence key for each site from your account. All your sites draw from the same credit balance.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Email [email protected].
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Do you offer invoices or VAT receipts?
Yes. A receipt is emailed after each purchase, and you can add your company name and VAT number at checkout.
